📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Engage with developers in the ANZ region through various channels, including forums, social media, and direct communication.,Understand the needs and pain points of developers to identify opportunities for improvement.,Provide support to developers, including troubleshooting technical issues and offering guidance on best practices.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies to improve the developer experience.,Gather feedback from developers and use it to inform product and service improvements.,Participate in community events and initiatives to build relationships with developers and promote Roblox.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure that Roblox remains a leader in the developer community.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Experience in customer service or community management, preferably in the gaming or tech industry.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with developers.,Familiarity with Roblox and its platform, including knowledge of game development tools and features.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Experience with social media platforms and community management tools.,Proficient in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.,Flexibility to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends.,A passion for gaming and a commitment to providing a positive experience for developers.
