Marketing Supervisor - Used Car Division (Bekasi Area)

Chailease Finance Indonesia is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Supervisor to lead our Used Car Division in the Bekasi area. As a Marketing Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.

In this role, you will work closely with our sales team to identify market trends, analyze customer feedback, and implement data-driven marketing campaigns. You will leverage various digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Hootsuite to create and manage our online advertising efforts. Additionally, you will oversee the creation of engaging content for our social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales growth.
• Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns using Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other relevant tools.
• Create and distribute engaging content for social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify market trends and customer needs.
• Develop and implement customer engagement strategies to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of the marketing budget.
• Conduct regular market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing and advertising.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and growing marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Hootsuite.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with the automotive industry and used car market is a plus.
