In this role, you will work closely with our Australian clients, providing them with the financial expertise they need to succeed. You will use industry-standard tools such as Xero, QuickBooks, and MYOB to manage financial data and prepare reports. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home in Bali while contributing to our international client base.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain financial records for Australian clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Australian accounting standards.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for Australian clients.
• Work with clients to identify and implement cost-saving measures and financial strategies.
• Ensure timely and accurate payment processing for Australian clients.
• Provide financial advice and guidance to clients on a variety of financial matters.
• Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure the smooth operation of financial processes.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in Australian accounting standards and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on Australian accounting standards.
• Proficient in using accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, and MYOB.
• Strong knowledge of Australian accounting standards, including BAS (Business Activity Statement) and GST (Goods and Services Tax).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with remote work tools and platforms.
