📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Acquire new customers through agency and direct selling channels
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure product and service offerings meet customer requirements
- Provide exceptional customer service and support
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management
- Attend industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our products and services
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with the financial services industry is a plus
- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
- Must be able to travel for business purposes
