📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage daily manufacturing operations, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
• Coordinate with production teams to implement process improvements and optimize efficiency.
• Conduct regular quality inspections and audits to maintain high standards of product quality.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage procurement to ensure timely availability of raw materials.
• Maintain a safe and secure working environment by enforcing safety protocols and conducting regular safety inspections.
• Provide leadership and support to the operations team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and implement corrective actions.
• Generate and analyze operational reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing operations, preferably in a similar industry.
• Proven track record of supervising and managing operational teams.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety regulations.
• Proficiency in using ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus.
