📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage all aspects of warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and staff supervision.,Ensure that all warehouse activities are carried out in accordance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.,Develop and implement strategies to improve warehouse efficiency, productivity, and profitability.,Monitor and analyze warehouse performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Supervise and mentor warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high levels of performance and job satisfaction.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, procurement, and logistics, to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records, and ensure that stock levels are optimized to meet customer demand.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing warehouse operations, including inventory control, order fulfillment, and staff supervision.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management software and systems.,Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
