📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee relations.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees to support their professional growth.,Handle employee grievances and conflicts, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.,Coordinate with management to understand business needs and align HR strategies accordingly.,Monitor HR metrics and provide reports to senior management to support decision-making.,Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes.,Assist in the development and implementation of employee benefits and compensation programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a senior HR role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
