PT Astrid Karya is seeking a talented and experienced Project Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of various engineering projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering and a passion for delivering high-quality results. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere while contributing to our projects in Semarang.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met.,Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for new projects.,Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed.,Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.,Provide technical guidance and support to project team members.,Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver solutions.,Prepare and present project reports and updates to stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in project engineering.,Strong knowledge of engineering principles and practices.,Proficiency in project management tools and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with remote work tools and technologies.,Valid driver's license and willingness to travel occasionally.
