📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage day-to-day operations to ensure smooth business processes,Oversee the coordination of tasks and projects among team members,Monitor and report on operational performance and efficiency,Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all operations,Assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies,Provide support to the management team in decision-making processes

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations management or a similar role,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices,Excellent organizational and time management skills,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Familiarity with remote work tools and technologies
