Manage and coordinate various operational tasks to ensure smooth business operations.,Provide excellent customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met.,Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure client satisfaction.,Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure timely fulfillment of orders.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, resolving them in a timely and professional manner.,Prepare and maintain operational reports to track and improve performance.,Assist in the development and implementation of operational procedures and policies.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
