Daily, you'll be responsible for managing product information, conducting market research, and ensuring regulatory compliance. You'll also play a key role in developing and implementing training programs to educate healthcare professionals on the use and benefits of our products. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and update product information, including brochures, fact sheets, and training materials, to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Conduct market research and gather feedback from healthcare professionals to identify trends and opportunities for product improvement.
• Develop and implement training programs to educate healthcare professionals on the use and benefits of our products.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure effective communication and promotion of our products.
• Monitor and analyze product performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimize product usage.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service to healthcare professionals and address their queries and concerns.
• Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to represent Servier Malaysia and build relationships with key stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related healthcare field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a medical product specialty role, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards, including Good Distribution Practice (GDP) and Good Medical Practice (GMP).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with medical product software and tools, such as SAP, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for healthcare and a commitment to advancing patient care.
