Glow Up Indonesia is looking for a dynamic and experienced Lead Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring our sales team, developing and implementing effective sales strategies, and driving revenue growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.,Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.,Train and develop new sales consultants to ensure high performance standards.,Monitor and report on sales performance and KPIs to senior management.,Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with business goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.,Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.,Strong leadership and mentoring skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using sales and CRM software.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and industry trends.
