Salon Kirana Kebab is looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we provide excellent service to our customers while maintaining high standards of food quality and safety. This is a hybrid position, requiring you to work both in the office and on-site at our restaurant.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food preparation.,Ensure that all food and beverages are prepared and served according to established standards and regulations.,Maintain a clean and safe working environment, and ensure that all staff follow health and safety protocols.,Monitor and control food costs, and ensure that the restaurant is profitable and financially stable.,Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain customers.,Train and develop staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent service.,Ensure that all legal and regulatory requirements are met, and that the restaurant is in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

At least 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.,Proven track record of success in managing a restaurant or similar establishment.,Strong knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Ability to lead and motivate a team.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
