📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Develop and implement HR strategies to support business objectives.,Conduct employee training and development programs.,Handle employee grievances and disputes, ensuring a positive work environment.,Oversee payroll and benefits administration.,Collaborate with senior management to align HR practices with organizational goals.,Monitor HR metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management.,Proven experience in managing HR functions in a similar organization.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
