📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.,Develop and implement strategies to improve department performance and achieve set goals.,Manage and mentor a team of employees, providing guidance and support to help them reach their full potential.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that the company's overall objectives are met.,Monitor department budgets and financial performance, ensuring that resources are used effectively.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and implement any necessary changes to keep the department competitive.,Represent the department at company meetings and events, and act as a liaison between the department and senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in business administration, human resources, or a related discipline.,A minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of the industry and a deep understanding of the company's products or services.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with employees, customers, and other stakeholders.,Proficient in using office software and other relevant tools and technologies.,A proactive and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
