📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in managing inventory levels and ensuring accurate stock records.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely receipt of goods.
  • Prepare and process shipping documents, including invoices and packing lists.
  • Monitor and track shipments to ensure they are delivered on time and in good condition.
  • Assist in the planning and scheduling of logistics operations.
  • Provide support to the logistics team in resolving any issues or challenges that may arise.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a logistics or supply chain role.
  • Proficient in using logistics software and tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license is a plus.

    • 🛠️ Keahlian

    <h3>Keahlian:</h3><li>Logistics software proficiency (e.g.SAPOracleor similar).</li><li>Experience with shipping and freight forwarding.</li><li>Knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.</li><li>Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.</li><li>Strong organizational and time management skills.</li><li>Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and customs.</li><li>Ability to travel for business purposes.</li>
