📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Store Manager in managing daily store operations and ensuring smooth workflow.,Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking to maintain optimal stock.,Train and mentor junior staff to enhance their performance and skills.,Conduct regular sales performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.,Organize and participate in promotional events and sales activities.,Collaborate with the marketing team to implement sales strategies and campaigns.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales, inventory, and customer data.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and customer service principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other retail management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with sales and marketing strategies is a plus.,Must be fluent in Indonesian and English.
