In this role, you will be responsible for creating clear, concise, and accurate technical documentation for our products and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical writing principles and be able to communicate complex information in a user-friendly manner.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for products and services,Collaborate with product teams to gather information and clarify technical details,Write and edit technical manuals, user guides, and other instructional materials,Ensure documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and meets industry standards,Assist in the creation of training materials and tutorials,Review and provide feedback on technical documentation from other team members

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing,Strong understanding of technical writing principles and best practices,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken,Familiarity with technical documentation tools and software,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
