As a Fleet Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the company's fleet of vehicles. This includes scheduling maintenance, tracking vehicle usage, and ensuring that all vehicles are in good condition and ready for use.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles.
  • Schedule and oversee vehicle maintenance and repairs.
  • Track and monitor vehicle usage and performance.
  • Ensure all vehicles are in good condition and ready for use.
  • Coordinate with drivers and other departments to ensure smooth fleet operations.
  • Generate and maintain accurate fleet reports and documentation.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in fleet management.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and regulatory requirements.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented and organized with strong analytical skills.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
