Village Base Ekspansindo is looking for a talented Commis Chef to join our team. As a Commis Chef, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and consistency of our dishes. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to our culinary excellence.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and standards.,Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.,Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking dishes for events and special occasions.,Stock and manage inventory of food items and ingredients.,Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment and utensils.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.,Participate in inventory management and cost control.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Commis Chef or similar role.,Knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards.,Basic knowledge of inventory management and cost control.,Willingness to work remotely and follow company guidelines.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
