📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist Sales Representatives in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.,Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the Sales Manager.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other sales-related events to promote our products.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth operation of sales activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools.,Familiarity with the local market and industry trends.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
