As a Deputy Kitchen Crew, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in preparing and cooking meals, ensuring the kitchen runs smoothly, and maintaining high standards of food hygiene and safety.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking meals according to recipes and standards.,Ensure the kitchen is clean and organized, and that all equipment is in good working condition.,Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety, following all relevant regulations and guidelines.,Manage inventory and ensure that all ingredients and supplies are stocked appropriately.,Work efficiently and accurately to meet production targets and deadlines.,Assist in training and developing junior kitchen staff.,Participate in kitchen meetings and contribute to the development of kitchen procedures and standards.,Handle customer complaints or concerns related to food quality or service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role in the food service industry.,Strong knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques.,Good understanding of food hygiene and safety regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
