Civil Safety Officer (K3 Sipil)

In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and enforcing safety protocols, conducting regular safety inspections, and providing training to our construction teams. You will work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that all safety standards are met and that our projects are completed on time and within budget. With a focus on continuous improvement, you will contribute to the development of safety policies and procedures that align with international standards and local regulations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures in accordance with national and international standards.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and risks.
• Provide training and education to construction teams on safety best practices and emergency procedures.
• Develop and maintain safety management systems (SMS) and safety data sheets (SDS) for all construction activities.
• Monitor and report on safety performance metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
• Investigate accidents and incidents, and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Ensure that all safety equipment and personal protective equipment (PPE) is properly maintained and available for use.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry.
• Certification as a Safety Officer or equivalent, such as the International Safety Professional (ISP) certification.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international safety regulations and standards, including SNI (Indonesian National Standard) and OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Proficient in using safety management software such as SAP or similar systems.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
