📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.,Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless operations and communication.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.,Manage and mentor a team of operational staff, providing guidance and support.,Ensure that all operations are conducted in accordance with health and safety regulations.,Handle and resolve operational issues and challenges as they arise.,Prepare and present regular operational reports to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the operations or management field.,Strong understanding of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Knowledge of ERP systems is a plus.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English is a must.
